We have several convenient ways for you to pay your utility bill.
Pay By Mail
If you choose to pay by mail, please send check or money order - do not send cash. Your check or money order and the top portion of the bill can be placed in the convenient return envelope that accompanies each month's utility bill.
Pay in Person
Customers can make payments in person at the utility office, located at 156 E 1st Street during normal business hours 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We accept cash, check, money order and credit/debit card payments.
Driveup Payment Drop Box
Save postage by using our convenient drive up payment drop box located in the Civic Center parking lot directly across from the police department's garage.
Pay Online from your checking or savings account or with your VISA, MASTERCARD or DISCOVER CARD

Payments can be made 24 hours a day by calling toll free 1-877-885-7968. Make your payment from your checking or savings account or with one of these cards.
Pay by ACH
Payments can be made from your checking or savings account. To use this method, please click here and print out the form. Then fill it out and bring the form into the utility office with a voided check or, for your savings account, a deposit ticket. It's as easy as that!! This payment plan will help you in several ways:
